When using Word 2004, I would like to print a document showing markup
but no balloons. Whenever I do this, the document is shrunken to
leave room for the balloons on each page (but no balloons print, as
I've elected). BTW, the Print Preview view shows the document filling
the page, but the document doesn't actually print that way. Does
anyone know of a way to have the document printed using the full page
and still show the markups?
Also, in a possibly related problem, when I print a document showing
markup but no balloons, the section breaks (continuous) cause a page
break in the printed document. Does anyone know why this may happen,
and how to prevent it?
