Printing Word Doc on custom sized paper

Please help! I am attempting to print documents on custom sized paper (5x7).
I have changed the paper size for the document and changed the paper size on
the printer, however it continues to print as if it were on letter sized
paper. It worked last week, but apparently opening the document and trying
to reprint it with a changes to the wording has also changed its ability to
print on custom sized paper.
