Printing Word .Doc with Embedded Excel Object prints black box

I am having a strange problem with one of my users.

When Printing a Word .doc file (actually several files) in Word 2007, the
area which contains an Embedded Excel file (without a link) prints nothing
but a black box. This happens to both printers that the user able to print
to.

However, when I or others open the file and print from my PC, it works fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
