Printing Worksheets

I have a user who has Excel2000 workbook. Occasionally she
wishes to print the entire workbook from the second or
third worksheet. There may be 8-10 sheets in the workbook.
She can successfully print the entire workbook from the
first and last sheet but not from any of the others in the
middle. Any ideas as to why?

Never known this to be a problem.
I presume that the 'entire workbook' option in the print dialog - is being used. What, if anything, is it actually printing?

Is a Samsung printer being used ?

When in the printer dialog, and with 'entire workbook' selected, click Preview button - what is seen? It should be previewing all sheets.
