Printing wrong font

MS Outlook shows fine on the screen with correct fonts,
but when I print an email, the fields are written in greek
alphabet. I dont knwo what caused this or how to set thsi
back. I tried setting the page format and it is correct.
Could the font relationships be jumbled up?
