printing

Every time I print an email message- either new or from my inbox- I am
prompted to pres button on my HP laserjet 1012 printer for manual paper feed.
I have checked printer configuration aand it shows auto select for paper feed.
I am not prompted for manual feed in any other office product, or in
WordPerfect.
Mail format is set to Rich Text and Word is not set to e email editor.
