I have several users that print to a hp 4250 printer. One person prints his
e-mail with word or a pdf attachment and when it prints you can see the
attchment under the subject line just as it is in the e-mail. The other two
users prints and nothing appears as an attachment. The printer is a network
shared printer off of a windows 2003 AD server. I checked all options with
in outlook 2003 and everything on each pc seems to be the same. I then
thought the problem could be with the drivers which is running pcl 5.0 driver
so I downloaded and installed the pcl 6.0 driver and it made no difference.
Has anyone come accross this problem?
