I am trying to rip a file that a customer sent to us, every time I send it the image is cut off somewhere. I have adjusted the paper size and it still cuts off the image but puts the crop marks in the right place. What do I need to check to fix this? I even tried making a pdf with the same results.

Which printer driver did you use to create the PDF? Try using the Publisher Imagesetter to see if it's a driver issue. If the
problem goes away, then you're looking at a driver issue.
