Hopefully one of you can help me. I recently received a refurbished Epson
Stylus C84 inkjet printer, replacing a defective one. I've never had
problems printing from Publisher before, but now I consistently get 1/4"
extra margin at the top of the print out, which, of course, ruins the
alignment on all publications, with the break-offs on the Avery busiess card
stock totally in the worng place. The print previews look fine. Epson says
it this a software issue, as a printer test page is aligned fine. I even
tried creating a publication all over again as a new document (a time
consuming process). Same problem. i tried adjusting the margins on the
publication, no change. I can't figure out how to adjust the orientations
for the business cards.
Any help is appreciated, as I print all of my business correspondence,
appointment cards and personal calling cards with Publisher. Dealing with
the business card stock is a particularly troublesome issue, due to the
scoring already on there.
Thank you.

HI, Mary!
It is Publisher 2002, and i run it with Windows XP Home. i always do all of
my windows and office updates,a s well as update the BIOS on the computer.
The printer does not have a lever for heavy stock, like earlier Epson
printers. it is supposed to adjust automatically when you choose the type of
paper in the print options for the document.
