Printing

I created a document and added an envelope to the document. When I go to
print the document looks fine on preview screen but prints 2 up. It only
prints 2 up with I add the envelope. Can anyone help.

Can you clarify what you mean by "prints 2 up'? Do you mean the letter
doesn't print in the correct page orientation?

No, she means it prints two pages per sheet. Since this can't be permanently
set in the Word's Print dialog, it is set either in Page Setup or (more
likely) in the printer Properties.
