Is there a setting in Microsoft Office 2007 that forces a manual feed to a
printer? I have a computer and printer that used to work fine now many of
documents printed in Word wants a manual feed. I even tried to print to
another printer and it also wants a manual feed.

This is usually because the page size setting in Word does not agree with
the paper loaded in the printer: e.g. your printer setup is defaulted to
Letter but the printer is set to A4.
