Hello all,
Here is my problem (this only happens at one place).
I have an automated merge with an ODBC datasource.
The fields are merged on top of PNG image and then printed. What happens is
the following - everything will print as expected for 40 to 100 (appx)
pages, then the page will print with out the image, just the text. The only
way to correct this has been to reboot the PC.
The user is using Windows 98 SE (I know) and Office 2000 SR1-a. The PC has
256 MB RAM. The printer is an IBM Infoprint 1120 with 8 MB of memory. It
seems to me that this may be a memory issue, but the numbers seem adequate.
By the way the PNG files are only 60-120kb in size.
Any ideas out there?
Frank
