Printing

We use different version of MS Word in our office. We
drafted most of our form letters back in 95 and in 98.
We have some saved as templates, some are locked and some
are set to publish and subscribe. We are having a great
deal of trouble printing MS Word documents consistantly.
It's like the Printer/Monitor doesn't even know a docs is
being sent and it never gets sent forward.
