This depends upon your printer and the Print driver in use for it.

If not selected go to Page setup and locate the window that show the
type printer and the paper size used. If the second item say *any
Printer* then click on it and choose your printer from list of printers.

Now on third button choose desire Page size 8-1/2 by 11 Or 8-1/2 14 Or
Us letter. or ever how word and choose paper orientation Landscape
Portrait. Normal Portrait for letters.

Now click on top button and choose save as default.

Get out of Page set up after your through

next choose print and when window comes up look for a setting called
Paper/Print Quality.

On HP InkJets both are set under the same selection. other printers may
be set up different.

Once you set this go back to top button usually shows the printer you
have chosen.

Click and choose save as. Give a title such a word(Draft).

go through procedure again this time choose normal. Go back and save as
word(normal), repeat and choose High or Highest Then Have as word(deluxe)

Now once you have these all saved just choose from the list and choosing
desire print quality.
