printing

When I print over the network (to a DSM415pf) printing a testpage is no
problem, printing from pdf (adobe) no problem, ...
When I try to print in Word (or other Office2003): it takes a very! long
time, or doesn't print at all.
I reinstalled the printer drivers, and I reinstalled Ofice 2003.
That didn't help. Anything else I can try ?
