Version: Older version Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Only two or three sentences of my word document will print. There are other times when the entire document will print fine. My version is 1983-2001.

So can you think of what is different with your computer or your
document about when it works and when it does not? Do you make changes
to the document? My hunch is that it is the printer, but only a hunch as
I have no more information than you have given. Have you tried
re-installing the printer driver, or perhaps getting a new printer
driver from the manufacturer? Have you tried printing to a different
printer? Do you get the same results when you "print" to a PDF, and when
you save to a PDF?

Your version "1983-2001" is not a valid version number. It looks like
it might be a copyright date? See Menu: Word/About Word. The version
number shown clearly on the second line of that dialogue box. Version
12.2.4 is the current version, AFAIK.

If you are really using Word 2001 in OS 10.6, I am surprised that it is
working at all :)

As soon as Office 2011 appears in the shops, be there with your credit card
primed :)

Cheers
