Printing

Is there a way to print the Gantt View such it shows the first four
columns on the left hand side and all of the Gantt Bars on the right on
a sheet of paper that 11" wide. In other words is there a way to print
1 page wide and many pages long that shows the first 4 columns on the
left and the Gantt chart "Zoomed" to "Entire Project"?

I can get the columns to print as desired but the Gantt alway spills
off onto a second sheet; the printed output is two pages wide and 6
pages long. I'd like one page wide and six pages long.

Thanks,
Martin

Martin,
Go to File/Page Setup/view tab. Select the option to "Print first x
columns on all pages". As far as "zooming" the timescale to fit just one
page, there are two approaches. Either set the scaling (File/Page
Setup/Page tab) to "fit 1 page wide by x pages tall", or set the
timescale so it fits the width of a single page.

Hope this helps.
