Printing

Great interim solution thanks, but what if I have like 20 pages? Will that
mean it will print another 20 pages of headers?

Do you have the Office Document Printer installed? Or another image printer?
Print to it so you can see what happens with the different options.

You may want to check out a utility called FinePrint. Among other
things (like printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper), it
allows you to delete individual pages of a print job. You can print
everything you need to print, sending them to FinePrint instead of
directly to the printer, then in FinePrint take out the individual pages
before letting FinePrint send the final output to the printer. See
www.fineprint.com for details and to download a trial version.
