You may have selected a printer option where the printing is outside the
actual location of the envelope. In Word 2003, Tools, Envelopes and Labels
select the labels tab. The click on Options and select the printer options
tab. Verify that the printer options diagram you have selected corresponds
to the actual feed location of envelopes for your printer.
Prior versions of Word are similar.
