PrintMethodUsesSystemDefault reg setting to fix printing issues

I'm trying to communicate a workaround to users who are affected by the lack
of or setting contained in the reg key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Visio\Visio
2000\application\PrintMethodUsesSystemDefault. The value of the key
determines whether the diagram willl print to the printer cached in the Visio
doc or to the user's default printer. The users impacted don't have access
to the registry.

Does anyone know how to change this setting from within Visio?
