Prints envelopes in green color.

I'm using Word 97 and Windows 98 2nd. Suddenly, when I print an envelope
with Word, it prints in GREEN. I have reset the font color to both AUTO and
to Black, but it still prints in green color.

What can I do to correct this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Chuck

This is sometimes an indication that one of the ink cartridges is empty (or
nearly empty).

There have been reports of Lexmark printers doing envelopes in funny
colors; cured by updating the drivers...
