I am using Word 2003 with Windows XP and printing on a HP5740.
I have no apparent problem printing from any other soft ware.
If there is only on page or the current page option is selected then Word
prints the single page OK.
If there are multiple pages (the colate function is on) it prints the last
page and freezes. When you cancle the print it will not clear. When you go
to the print control pannel it shows deleating but never finishes. It also
shows to be printing on a higher number than there were total pages to begin
with.
I have reloaded Word and reloaded the driver for the printer.
What would cause this to start all of a suddent when it has been functioning
ok for mo? What is the solution? Any help or ideas would be appreciated
