Prints only 1 copy

Shared network printer... enduser selects to print
multiple copies of an office document... the printer only
prints 1 copy.

Shared network printer... enduser selects to print
multiple copies of an office document... the printer only
prints 1 copy.

Surely a bug caused by the printer driver from the manufacturer of the
printer. Check their web site for updates which may or may not have
been fixed.
