prints shaded background in owa

Hello everyone. I'm using OWA and when printing an email, usually the email
prints with a white background, except one computer that prints a shaded
background. Any suggestions?

OWA is probably better answered in microsoft.public.exchange.clients

But printing from OWA has always had some quirks. Like where the focus of
the cursor is when you print (say the subject line versus the body) or
different default fonts in the browser or what browser you are using.

All emails from this computer print with shaded background?
OWA version? Exchange 2003?
Clients are all using the same browser?
