Pritner Won't Print Now

I have been using MS Office Equipt but was recently advised that MS will not
be supporting this product after April 30th. They sent me a CD with Office
for Home and Student - but now my printer won't print! I have an HP Deskjet
2400 series printer - are there compatability issues??? The print job just
sits in que and my printer shows to be disconnected, but it's NOT. It has
power, it is connected, it has ink - it was working before I loaded the new
software. Any suggestions? Please help!!

So you did uninstall Equipt like the KB article said and then installed your
new supplied Office 2007 Home and Student? If not you need to follow the
exact directions of the KB article you posted. I also recommend rebooting
the computer after uninstalling any software before installing new software
(even if the instructions says you don't have to.)

If it still won't work ensure that your local printer (HP 2400) is selected
as the default in Control Panel, Printers and then if it still won't work
post back.
