Hello ~
We have users who have delegates for their calendars. I have set up
the meeting requests to be sent only to the delegates, not to the
users themselves, and given the delegates the ability to see private
appointments, etc. The problems we have is that when a new private
appointment is scheduled, the delegate can see the tenative appt on
the calendar, but can not accept or decline the appointment. It is
still up to the owner to manage private appointments. Is it possible
to send ALL appointments to the delegate(s) regardless of
sensitivity? I thought we were doing this before (in 2003) but am now
starting to doubt that. We recently upgraded both our clients and our
exchange system both to 2007 (exchange and office).
Thanks for your help
Steve
