private appointments - recurring

Is it possible to earmark a recurring calendar entry
as "private?"
For a non-recurring (simple) entry, I can right click and
choose "private" which displays a key by the entry.
The "private" right click option is greyed out for
recurring calendar entries.

You have to set that on the master appointment for the recurring series and
then all recurring instances are marked private. You can open the
appointment and when prompted select to edit the series of appointments
rather than an individual appointment.

the easiest way is to create a new appointment, check the bottom right hand corner and click to set as private. Then set as a recurring mtg. There you go...
