I just received a phone call from one of our Division Managers. He said he
marked a few appointments as private in his calendar, but his secretary can
still see them. He's using Outlook 2003. I told him to go to Tools -->
Options --> Delegates and could change it there, but he said no one is listed
under delegates.
I have 2007, so I'm not sure on 2003 what other way to share your calendar.
Whatever option he chose, how can he make it so she can't see Private
appointments?
