Private Appointments

I create pop-up reminders everyday and mark them as
private so they don't show up when I print out a daily
calendar (I've checked the box that says "hide private
appointments).

Except when I print daily calendars it prints the
words "Private Appointment" instead. How do I get
nothing but the actual appointments to print? HELP!
