Private Contacts

I have a user using Outlook 2002 on Exchange Server 2000,
when she creates a
new Contact, Save and Close, it automatically flags the
Contact as Private.
Is there a setting I'm missing? It becomes really
inconvenient when she
Hotsyncs her Outlook data with her Sony Clie.

Any thoughts?
