Private Contacts

I have a user running Outlook 2000. When she creates a
new contact it automatically flags that contact as
private. When she views these contacts on her Sony Clie,
they all appear greyed out because they are private. She
doesn't want all of her contacts private. Is there an
Outlook setting that is doing this? And if so, is there a
quick way I can change that field on all of her contacts
(about 100)?
