I have a Mailbox in Exchange to be set up as a Resource in Outlook to be used
for Meeting Room Bookings.
There are some bookings of the meeting room sent as Private. I would like
some meeting room administrators to be able to edit and view the Private
Invites sent to the Meeting Room inbox.
I have delegated access to this particular individual to have Editor Access
of the Mailbox and also set "Delegate can see my private items" for the
mailbox.
However the Particular individual cannot edit the item. They can edit all
other meeting requests except for the ones marked as "Private".
My question is.. is the recipient, in this case the meeting room mailbox, is
only allowed to edit items marked as "Private" or should delegates able to
edit them as well when given EDITOR access?
What from I've been testing it seems that for "Private" items delegates can
only view the items but not edit them.
