Private Meeting on a shared Calendar?

I want to use Calendar to schedule a Conference Room. Multiple users invite
their attendees, and also invite the "Conference Room", which is a resource.
I don't want other people to be able to open and view the meeting request,
but I do want them to be able to see the Calendar so it can be scheduled.
