Private Meetings can't be edited

In Outlook 2007, I am a delegate and have "OWNER" permissions of my boss'
calendar. I am allowed to go in and create private meetings, however, once I
create the private meeting, it does not let me edit.

I have verified that he has added me with "OWNER" permissions for his
calendar.

I had no problems doing this until I received a new laptop. Ideas?

Do you still have access to the old laptop? IF yes, then compare the
settings between the two laptops.

That would make it too easy !!! Unfortunately, by the time I discovered this
problem the laptop had been wiped clean.
