I've spent days searching the knowledge bases and forums and can't find an asnwer to this problem.
When upgrading office xp to the new service pack 3 it always asks for pro.msi off the cd and the only file on my cd is proret.msi which won't work. And it doesn't matter if you download the full file version upgrade cause it still asks for the cd. This problem is very idiotic and makes microsoft look foolish and even more foolish for not attempting to help people with this problem despite the fact that we the consumer have spent hundreds of dollars buy the software just to find that its full of glitches that microsoft won't own up to and won't bother helping us fix.
If anyone kind find the answer to this problem please email me at (e-mail address removed)
