Is the name for that Office 2003 Edition exactly the same as the one in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel? If so
then that .msi file should be on the Office CD. If not, then if Office came preinstalled on your PC it may have been done with a
different edition of Office than the one you have. If so, you can contact the PC supplier for the CD to match what they installed,
or back up your files, uninstall the version already there, restart the PC and install from the CD that you have, as one option.

Hi,
installing office updates, it asks for pro11.msi. I insert the disk, point
it to the cd but it comes up saying the file is not valid. It is the
original install disk and a properly licensed version (not pirated). Can
someone help?
