Proactive Link Between Calendar and the Out of Office Reply

While in Outlook Calendar creating a block of dates that I would be on
vacation, I remembered that I would also need to create an Out of Office
response for incoming email while I'm out. When I selected "Out of Office"
from the "Show time as:" drop-down box, I realized that it sure would be
great if Outlook would automatically set my out of office response for that
future date and time instead of me having to create a reminder for myself to
turn-on an Out of Office reply on my last day before I'm on vacation.
