Probably obvious to you but I'm stuck...

Hi

I have an Excel spreadsheet showing courses as blocks of colour (filled
cells) with no function. They indicate courses against dates. All text for
now.

What I would like to do is somehow click on any of these blocks and see who
is on the course. Either a mouse-over, a drop down menu or a link to
somewhere else.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Mike

Go to 'Insert...' then choose 'Hyperlink' and you can tell it to take
you to anywhere in the same workbook by clicking in the box.

I can't get it to not put some kind of text reference in the box, but
if you set the text the same colour as the background it should view
and print OK.

Thanks. That works. I put a space in the top box and it seems to do the
trick.

Ta ever so
