probelm between WORD and Excel

I've often pasted an EXCEL CHART into a WORD DOC many
times before and when I click the chart to make changes
in the WORD DOC it always worked fine. Last week I
downloaded some OFFICE and WINDOWS XP updates and now
when I click on the chart in the WORD DOC for editing, it
says the source file can be found. Is there something
I've changed or deleted that could cause this?
