to enter 3 HOURS more because he has compeleted his task with in FIVE HOURS
.. and he want to spend other 3 hours to do another task . although in my
company we have set (8 hours daily).
Team members cant enter more than 8 hours .

Basim:

Using this tracking method, you must teach your resources to set remaining
work to zero.

Basim --

If you are using the % Work Complete method of tracking, then this is a
limitation you must live with.. On the other hand, if you are using the
Hours of work done per day or per week method (using the timesheet grid on
the right side of the View my tasks page), then your team member should
enter 5 hours of Actual Work in the timesheet grid on the day the work was
performed, and then change the Remaining Work value to 0 hours. Hope this
helps.

Basim -

You must train your users to update the "remaining work" field (and it
must be enabled for entry).

Make sure it's included in the timesheet view in PWA via Admin > Manage
Views.

Also make sure the remaining work field is published in Project
Professional, Tools > Customize > Published fields and add Remaining
Work. Each project schedule must be republished after making this
change.

Then train your users to adjust Remaining Work to zero when they finish
a task early, or when they need more time. Also train them to use the
Note feature when they add or remove hours in Remaining Work.
