We currently have a user having all kinds of problems accepting meetings as a
delegate.
The orginal problem was the person was a delegate for two different people
and tried to send/accept meetings between the people as them (obviously
Outlook/Exchange could not figure out they weren't the organizer).
Now they have the following issue:
Following users involved:
Director A
Director B
Director A's Delegate
Director B's Delegate
Director B's Delegate sends out a meeting update on behalf of Director B to
Director A.
Director A's Delegate tries to accept the meeting for Director A and
recieves an error saying "As the meeting organizer, you do not need to
respond to the meeting".
After doing some digging I found Director A's Delegate was also delegate for
Director B. We removed them as a delegate from Director B trying to
straighten all of it out. They still recieve the error message.
Director A tried to accept the meeting and also recieves the same message
(he's not a delegate of anyone involved).
Checking the scheduling of the meeting and Director A is listed as an
invitee, not the meeting organizer.
Other people invited are not having a problem accepting the meetings.
Anyone else run into this?
