Problem accesing Projects over Web Access

When I login to my Project server over the Web Access 2003 using
Authentication form Active Directory or Creating a user in Project Server,
when I try to see the projects posted will ask for username and password.
Even if the PC is connected to the domain will ask for username and password.
After several tries for entering the user and password will send me backup
to the main Web Access page.

Sounds like your permissions in PWA are not set to allow you to view projects
in project center.
