Problem accessing Shared folder under .Mac family pack account

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Hi,

I am having problems accessing the Shared folder on the iDisk under a Family Pack Account with subaccounts.

If local iDisk syncing is on, then the Shared folder is unavailable to be accessed in the Open dialogue box of any of the Office 2008 applications. Files in the Shared folder will also not open directly from the Finder.

If local syncing of the iDisk is disabled, then files can be accessed within the Shared folder as per normal (as long as there is an Internet connection).

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated and if this is a bug is there a way to let the Office Mac team know?

Thanks,

Don

Hi Don -

Not that I wouldn't like to help, but the issue doesn't pertain to anything
having to do with MS product. This is an Apple matter involving your .Mac
account. You'll most likely get more knowledgeable & more immediate
resolution form the Apple Discussion forum for .Mac/iDisk:

Hello,

I will ask over there as well, but I did not have this problem with Office 2004, nor with any other program, only Office 2008, so I believe it could be an issue with 2008.

Thanks,

Don
