problem accessing Task Page: HELP NEEDED.!! Stuck badly!

Hi, I have project server 2003 and sharepoint portal server 2003 installed
on my Windows 2003 Server.

Everytime a project manager assigns a task there is a notification email
that goes to the user. Now, that notification email
contains Project Web Access TimeSheet Link (shown below).

The problem is when we click on that link we are getting an error:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/Tasks/Taskspage.asp

Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

I don't understand what it means, either there is some issue with permission
or something or it is related to wrong task assignment??? Can't figure it
out... can someone please help??? -

Below is example of Email notification that a user gets.....

Email Notification Example:

To view and respond to the changes, please connect to your Project Web
Access timesheet at
http://intranet.mydomain.com/Tasks/Taskspage.asp?AllTasks=1&FilterBy=0&GanttView=0.

To turn off these notifications, please connect to
http://intranet.mydomian.com/notifications/self_notifications.asp and clear
the
check box for task notifications.

Gary,

Thank you for your message. Although it is informative, it did not help
me solve the problem. I tried doing giving it the exact URL:
http://intranet.mycompany.com/projectserver but still the problem remains
the same. I have published the URL in DNS and everywhere else so that is
not the case.... it works fine without clicking on the link sent by email
notification. As soon as I click on email notification it gives me an
error:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/Tasks/Taskspage.asp

I don't seem to understand why and what is going wrong here?? still trying
my best to put all my thinking gears together. If you can help me out and
throw some light on any of my mistakes than it will be really helpful.

Regards,
Shah
