problem accessing word from ASP.NET

Hi,
I am having trouble accessing word document from ASP.NET and C#.
When I am trying to access through website, it is returning an error saying
"file not found check the path of the document", but the path to the file is
correct. If I logon to production server locally and try to access the same
word document, it is working fine. The problem coming only when I am trying
to access website from different computer other than production server.
Prodcution server is Windows2000 OS, and Office2000.
Can any one please help me in this regard
