Problem adding attendees to appointments and meetings

one of our users is having a weird problem when setting up appointments and
meetings. when ever he goes to add an attendee and only types in part the
name the autofill feature fails to kick in. even when he right clicks on the
incomplete or complete name it doesnt give him a list of other possible
matches. this feature used to work for him but has suddenly stopped.

any ideas why this might be happening?

Is he using Alt+K to complete the address?

no, he is typing in part of the name and pressing tab to move to the next
field. when he does that it just leaves what he typed in and moves to the
next field leaving an incomplete name.

Have him try Alt+K next time. If it will not autocomplete then, post back.
