Problem adding "Send publication as PDF attachment" to toolbar

Hi Everyone,

Okay, I'm trying to fix a problem on a client's computer. She has Publisher
2007, and she has had, in the past, an icon on the toolbar for "Send
publication as PDF attachment". Now it is gone and it won't add to the
toolbar, no matter what I try.

Any suggestions?

I have completely re-installed Publisher 2007, and also have added the
"SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe" add-on. Still the same. It refuses to add that icon to
the toolbar (and it isn't available anywhere else either), even though we can
add other icons.

There is the *Save as* icon or "Publish as a PDF or XPS."
I know Acrobat put an icon in Office 2003. I haven't updated Acrobat so I don't
know if it puts an icon in Publisher 2007.
If you want a specific icon such as the Publish as a PDF or XPS, right-click the
text, select default style.

A P.S.
When you customize, there is a send as a PDF attachment in the file toolbar. You
drag it to the toolbar, right-click and select default style.
