problem after update to SP2

Hello;

i updated my project server 2003 to SP2

Problem:
Users who are only member off the Team members group
could not logon with office Project pro 2003

Error message :
The Project Server database is unavailable. (NOT THE CASE)
You can't access the database for one of the following reasons,
There is a problem with the enterprise global template in the database
Yo do not have sufficient permissions to access the enterprise global
template.
Network problems are preventing access. (NOT THE CASE)
Project server does not have enterprise feauters enabled. ( NOT THE CASE)

When i make such a user also member of the (for example) Project Managers
or Resource Manager,
they have no problem to access the project server.

Only members of the administrator or Project Managers groups are allowed to
logon to your Project Server with Project Professional, unless you
explicitly grant this right to other groups. So, it sounds as though your
system is working correctly. Please do not post your questions in this group
as it is shutting down. Please post to microsoft.public.project.server.

OK,

Strange, because users who where administrator before the update to SP2,
that i make now member
of only the Team Members group could connect via project Pro.
But i can try your suggestion,
Do you also now where i can grant this permission to other groups?
