Problem after Windows Updates - URGENT

After we did some Windows Updates, some or our users are
receiving the following message in Word, Excel & Explorer
when they try to print or change anything on a printer.

"Function address 0x78010497 caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s)
may not be displayed."

Does anyone know which update could be causing this?

Only in Office apps? Everything is fine in, say, Wordpad? IE?
Did you try a detect & repair in Office?
Which Windows Updates, if you recall?
