I've followed the directions for recording different types of items, e.g.
e-mail, MS Office docs, etc., for different contacts, however, Journal isn't
recording them.
I'm using Outlook 2003 (part of Office 2003). What am I missing here, or
what could be preventing this feature from working? Thank you.
